BODY MASS INDEX

ACTUAL AGE CALCULATOR
An “actual age calculator” (or chronological age calculator) simply determines a person’s age based on their birth date and the current date. It calculates the exact number of years, months, and days that have passed since their birth, providing their age in calendar terms. It doesn’t consider health, lifestyle, or biological factors, only the passage of time.
